Neil is the director of AMB Accounting. Neil started his training in 1980 with a firm of accountants in Dunstable. He then went on to achieve many other qualifications and letters after his name but found his real niche in business and consultancy.

Marina obtained a Master of Accounting Degree in Australia. When the family relocated to Oxfordshire in 2004 she had to do the whole thing all over again achieveing ACCA membership in 2005. Marina's background is all in practice. Marina's keen interests are tax minimisation and helping the clients grow their business and improve profitability. Cheryl is a fully qualified AAT. Cheryl does much of the bookkeeping jobs for AMB Accounting's clients. Cheryl is thorough, meticulous and very experienced. She is a dedicated member of the team and her lovely personality makes the office shine. She is good at her job, on the ball and doesn't miss a trick.

Emma is also a qualified bookkeeper, but rarely these skills are put to the test. Emma has been so well-liked and respected by our clients that her time is fully taken up by the clients she has been assigned to. Emma puts the interest of AMB Accounting and its clients before herself. She always looks at ways to improve processes at AMB Accounting. She has been responsible for many of the initiatives that have taken AMB forward at such a rapid rate.
